Anyway, I believe this album would have been significantly better if they had just included a lot more melodic sound from the guitarist going off on random solos... I'm saying this while I finish applying my moisturizing eye cream because these days I'm feeling like a mess.

I’m pretty sure I listened to something by this band many years ago, intrigued precisely by some reviews I read here on Debasio (so, by deduction, I imagine they were by mementomori, but I could certainly be wrong…). I have a very positive memory of it, but since it’s not exactly my genre, I confess I haven't given it many listens. In any case, the review is beautiful and the concept behind the album really intrigues me. Thank you for the recommendation!

Anyway, dear Joe, I understand and probably share your opinion about the album, but I confess that I didn't like the review either. Firstly, because the record hasn’t even been released yet, and look, it’s true that we have the flacs, but - for example - before I completely dismiss the trimurti, I want to wait to listen to the album in physical format on my cousin's setup, who makes a living as the bully of the arcade in Lonate Pozzuolo. But then, in general, the review is really too focused on that idiot Keenan, which, sure, is your right, but for me, I couldn’t care less, because I’m much more interested in other things and - above all - it’s other aspects that make this album mediocre in my eyes. To be honest, I truly believe it went down as you say, with MayMinchio trying to fit lyrics and vocals onto instrumentals that were already fine and ready (I think Invincible could have been a great track, but instead, it’s inconsistency made into a song, and there are parts that make me laugh too much), but I think that vibe was already apparent in 10mila seghe. In short, this album is disappointing me for other reasons, which in my eyes and ears deserved much more in-depth exploration instead of giving so much space to the vocal issue.

An incredible album. It had been about 13 years since Jethro Tool had released something like this.

I tried to listen to them multiple times, mainly because Dream Theater always say that their good digestion is thanks to Rush, and at some point, you get a bit curious: I found them extremely boring and - I realize it's a blasphemy, but you know how much I care - utterly useless. The review is, all in all, mediocre: if I had spent less energy trying to be cool and more energy studying grammar, the result would have been better. Bye bye.

There was a time when I was gaming a lot. I had just started university and was incredibly broke. So I couldn't afford a PlayStation. I had to beg my sister's boyfriend to let me play on his once a semester. I played quite a bit, but not with great consistency, just here and there, and that definitely affected the gaming experience. Nevertheless, I remember it being a great platformer. Back then, the graphics of the first PlayStation made us shout in awe, as if every time the orange Sony logo appeared, the oil virgin appeared before us. Today I honestly wonder how we managed not to go blind or lose our minds with all those damn polygons. Anyway... the review is quite terrible: you've managed to create a sort of "shopping list" of practically every aspect of the game, but at times it’s not even clear if you actually played it or just read the plot and gameplay mechanics on Wikipedia, and, above all, if you liked it and how much.

Extraordinary film. At times delirious. It completely caught me off guard. The first hour is laugh-out-loud funny. Of course, the adaptation is crap, but by now it's become a bit tiresome to point that out. Great recommendation!

What a wonderful story! Of course, I couldn't resist and I rushed (hahaha!!!! so funny!) to Wikipedia to spoil the ending for myself. What a shame, but reading Airoldi's letter made me think that, mentally, they wouldn't have brought this down even with elephants. By the way, I found out that I know one of his nephews all too well. Incredible... Great recommendation!

Many years ago, when I was about seven years old, we organized a little Carnival party at my maternal grandparents' house. One of my uncles showed up dressed as the Duce: black uniform, club strapped to his waist, plastic bottle filled with oil... I was too young to even understand the meaning of that costume. My grandmother (his mother), on the other hand, having truly experienced the twenty years of Fascism in her youth, burst into tears as soon as she saw him, and there was no party that evening. One way or another, this has always been enough for me.
