I particularly enjoyed the book when I read it to my children; perhaps it’s true that it's more of a book for adults. I must say that I have always thought that children in Northern Europe are a bit luckier, growing up with Pippi Longstocking, Karlsson on the Roof, and The BFG, true rebels, not drowned in moralism and not forced into "redemption" in the end.

I must admit that before clicking "confirm purchase" on iTunes, I had a moment of hesitation - Vantage Point was truly awful. But it was just a moment, and it actually is a good album.

Really amazing. Seen in Milan last year and in Ferrara this year (where fortunately, due to bad weather, they moved the concert indoors - I doubt it would have been the same outside). Compared to Milan, a couple of instruments were missing (trombone and another violin) but both were beautiful. Very much appreciated by my children as well.
