Just to give you an idea: 80% of "browsers" read the first two or three lines of a text, then, if those don't catch their attention, they either scroll to the bottom (since there's a mouse with a scroll wheel) and read the last lines of the text in question or, worse, change the page. Reading on a screen is more tiring than reading on paper and is done much more slowly (the same printed text is read in two-thirds of the time). That’s why I chose a very large font size for the reviews.
So: concentrate the best part of the review in the first lines, attract attention with bold on some key words, obviously few (many will only read those words, but it's better than nothing - by the way, bold is marked with the tag <strong></strong>), give "air" to the text by dividing it into paragraphs, and present one concept per paragraph.
