Asshole? Well, thanks for this unsolicited kindness. Anyway, yesterday, by chance, I was on Rock TV and Piero from Vanadium (a historic Italian metal band that has since disbanded) repeatedly talked about Hole and Courtney Love, addressing them with phrases that are frankly unrepeatable. Well...???

"Does 'My Foggy Notion' have anything to do with the Velvet Underground? Although I believe that the VU song is simply 'Foggy Notion,' without the 'My.'"

Come on? Kids, is there anyone among you who truly believes it's difficult to separate the character from the music they create? So, all communist musicians, being notoriously child-eaters, make music that incites infanticide? Or does Boy George's music inevitably lead to libertinism? Kids, let's be reasonable; out there, it's a harsh world... Come on, let's keep the conversation at a higher level; let’s leave the nonsense to the readers of "Novella2000."

Le Bocal Oh No! ...Just Another Frank Zappa Memorial Barbecue!

It has been calculated that only 4% of those who bought Il nome della rosa in Italy read it in its entirety. Frank Zappa can be considered the musical transposition of that phenomenon, meaning: many talk about it, but very few truly master it. With over a hundred hours of official music (not counting the vast sea of illegal records, tapes of old concerts endlessly copied from tape to tape, and other typical oddities of rock) ranging from cacophonic mockery to orchestral music - passing, of course, through rock, or better yet, through Zappa's vision of rock - and a way of presenting himself and expressing his ideas that has always ignited the imaginations of freaks and anarchists of all stripes, Frank Zappa is (or was) by far the most multifaceted, volcanic, and misunderstood figure in the entire musical spectacle of the 20th Century. Or rather, like all genius and polymorphic personalities, he has so many keys to interpretation that everyone could create their own personal one. One, none, a hundred thousand Zappa, which, however, largely did not collide with each other but were instead contiguous (the musical revolutionary Zappa and lover of contemporary Classical music, the political agitator, the lalophonic one, the thorn in the side of the American establishment...). It is worth noting Colueum's comment: the album with PFM is a masterpiece.
