Unforgettable a Roxy gig with Death SS featuring a giant boa constrictor striptease.

In fact, it can be said that Elisa was the one who launched it.

Yes, television in terms of music experts is definitely subpar. Red Ronnie is knowledgeable, especially regarding the 70s and 80s; however, he has too open an attitude towards anyone: everyone is great to him, whether it’s the Blue or Jimi Hendrix.

One of the most beloved Italian bands abroad. There are Japanese bands covering La conquista della posizione eretta, just think about it...

Yes, I remember that piece on metal when she considered Marilyn Manson black metal and spent a lot of time talking about Audioslave. She doesn't understand a thing, especially the authors who, cleverly, give more space to the more marketable Manson and Audioslave.

Yes, melodic hard rock with strong AOR influences.

Too many covers! Good old Dave has always limited himself to releasing countless covers. If you think that his most famous track, accompanied by a cheesy video, is California Girls, you'll understand what I mean.

I timidly try to intervene in the debate. So, I confirm what someone said above and, after reading some of your reviews, Francis, I agree that you play the contrarian for the sake of it. An album is unanimously considered a must? You, reliably, have to trash it. An album is unanimously deemed crap? For you, it's liquid gold. It's true that tastes are tastes, but don't take it the wrong way; it's obvious that you're doing it to attract attention. Who was Wilde who said that whether people talk good or bad about you, the important thing is that they talk? It’s one thing to say you don’t like an album, another to claim that Buckley’s Grace sounds like something you've heard before and is poorly recorded. Your way of critiquing or idolizing is so exaggerated that it becomes unbelievable.

I intervene in place of Grasshoper, who I hope will forgive me. The various Rossis, Nanninis, Carbonis, or Ligabuës are not bad, just like a plate of boiled broccoli isn't bad. It all depends on tastes and what you want from music. If you’re looking for lightheartedness and relaxation, then a Max Pezzali can be more than fine. However, there are people who wouldn’t dream of settling for anything less than Elio e Le Storie Tese for relaxation and fun. So if you seek "something else" in music, you can never accept anything that isn’t refined and elite. The problem is knowing how to accept what others listen to, especially if no one, in turn, forces you to listen to it. There are people who find much more satisfaction with a piece of bread and peppers than with a sophisticated dish. Well, I hope the culinary comparison was clear and that, perhaps, given the hour, it has sparked more than a few appetites.
