I quote Daniele Luttazzi: "Björk is not a singer, she’s a dolphin. Hey, are you singing or are you trying to send me a fax?"

Well, of course... the book is simply a masterpiece. The edition translated by Floriana Bossi is lovely, but definitely better in the original language. If the movie is fantastic, the book is (as is almost always the case) even better.
Clara Rockmore The Art of Theremin

I don't know the album, but I know the instrument. Unfortunately, in recent years, the latter has been re-marketed and ended up in the hands of second-rate DJs and "trendy" groups (Baustelle above all), used more as a "special effect" than as an instrument. What a shame. As for the "D-Beam" controller used by Roland in many of its sound gadgets, it has very little to do with the Theremin and is conceptually much closer to the Laser Harp used by Jean Michel Jarre, the well-known French guy who became a billionaire thanks to his father's scores. Nice review, I'm going to look for the album. Nothing found for Pages Harp

An incredible record, Avant-Garde Music even today. But not a single word about the masterful, imposing, majestic work done by Walter/Wendy Carlos? Back then, I remember, monophonic synthesizers and primitive multitrack recorders were used, and Master Wendy Carlos (at the time still Walter, I believe) created a monumental work of "techno remix" avant la lettre. ["Inside the Box" heard on the radio or on MTV seems like an incomprehensible piece of crap.] I completely agree with this statement. I speak as a novice, because I don't know the album, just the single. I will listen to this mumble-rapper with more attention; it’s probably worth it. I imagine that with a diction like Gasmann's, this grammatically incorrect song from the title would not be the same.

Ahahaha... Eiffel65... it's true... the use of Auto Tune and Vocoder, I get it. Raul Casadei uses the accordion, shall we compare him to Astor Piazzolla?

Honor and Glory to the wrecking yard. I can do nothing but bow before the use of the square brackets. Maximum Respect.

Nice review, I don't know the album but I will get it. The use of the words "growling" and "screaming," referring to someone who is supposed to be a singer, for that matter an executor of "almost perfect singing," kind of terrified me. Sociologically speaking, of course.
Prodigy The Fat Of The Land
Voto:
Perfectly agree with Zion, better the previous works. This album was (unfortunately) the Prodigy's farewell to music, as they haven't done much since. The last sad work of "Liam Prodigy" attests to that... let's hope they can delight us again with more productions in the future. I'm even willing to buy them the Roipnol.

I quite like it.
