I’ve already written about it, but regarding the partial mental gymnastics I expressed in my review (to which I refer...), over time and after countless listens, I’ve come to believe that maybe it’s simply a beautiful record, and that’s it. An absolute masterpiece hic et nunc. Almost a masterpiece in its own right.

disc of absolute beauty and a splendid instigator of nostalgia... I would be tempted by the highest rating, but it would probably be a judgment tainted by generational factors and, in a word, an act of self-love...

Yes, massimof, but one thing is the real market, another is the Italian interpretation of the market, wild when it suits and caged when it suits others... in short: we are a shitty country... But do you realize that the presales for San Siro on June 25 start tonight at midnight...??? The excuse of excuses for all the bullshit in the world... how disgusting.... (this time, I swear, I won't overpay... will I manage to be consistent with my little vows...?)

what does it have to do with...? I show up at the office at eight in the morning and leave at eight in the evening, I give work to people, I provide for my daughter (together with my wife, who works, of course...) and I spend whatever I want on my all-time idols (even when they might not fully convince me, but that’s not the case here). And I can spend it to share, with the Boss, the story of Johnny99. Moreover, compared to many who perhaps, with a desk job salary, spend it on pizza, mobile phones, etc., if I get sick for a week, I lose a good chunk of money and I don’t have a damn thing to protect me, defend me, pay me... could the Johnny99 of the new millennium be me...? (provocation, don’t take me too seriously)... The real thing to say is that the Boss should implement a thorough control over how the ticket distribution is organized and the overall organization of his concerts, placing a ton of vetoes (he could do it). Above all, he should be careful when coming to countries with very low morality and extremely high genetic mafiosity like Italy...

No, no... for heaven's sake: here I’m the only one who should be ashamed, as it seems I’m a dirty capitalist.

azzo: you forget the 440 by Jarrett at La Scala (I even offered it to my wife...). Yes, yes, I’m a dirty spendthrift starving nations....amen (and I wholeheartedly endorse the request from posts 17 and 18, of course I would pay any amount...!)

Well, what credibility does someone have who preaches at regular intervals when they have an album coming out...? Him, Mogol, and Bella are three... and three or more is a criminal association...

the money machine cele-bella-mogol is back in operation (mogol, then, with the battistian Christmas hit, this year is really hitting the jackpot...if nothing else, he can't convince anyone that his son is the new Lucio...). I can't judge this album, I haven't listened to it, but I found the single to be rhetorical, pompous, unbearable, baroque, and poorly written. The only truly beautiful thing is still Cele's voice. Anyway, just opinions...

Well... me and Annie is beautiful. But in my opinion, the peaks of stylistic perfection are Manhattan and Zelig, even though personally (an opinion I've already expressed) I believe he made one, long, beautiful film (for example: a few days ago I rewatched "melinda & melinda," which left me lukewarm at the cinema. Well... from my sofa it seemed beautiful...
