Not at all, do you have vision problems or do you struggle to read correctly... I said "one of the most representative CDs of a music scene," and I'm certainly not referring to Metal tout court like you do... you see, Qzerty is absolutely right in criticizing you on this point, as he says, not everyone who listens to Rammstein is a metalhead, quite the opposite, and only a superficial and ignorant person (in the sense that they don't know the genre) - but hasn't Qzerty already written this? :D - would say "I will NEVER and then NEVER listen to any other Metal" in response to what I've written... you see, when it comes to Rammstein, we are first and foremost talking about one of the most significant bands in the global industrial scene, however, since their genre is difficult to classify (some define them as tranz metal, whatever that means), never would anyone with a minimal knowledge of the field wrongly label them as "Metal." This is the point, so yes, it is wrong to say that Rammstein are a cornerstone of Metal (too bad no one has said that :) ), it is instead correct to say that they are a reference point in the Industrial genre.

please forgive my terrible example, when talking about Unplugged I should have mentioned Cherub Rock instead of Disarm... bear with me it was 5 in the morning when I wrote this :)

Look, there’s no problem if you don’t like them, not at all... for example, I find Neapolitan music disgusting and I hate reggae, but still, I wouldn’t go about trashing Bob Marley’s albums because I know I’m stepping on shaky ground and as a novice, I would only invite criticism from people who simply see things differently. Everyone believes their own ears, as you say, but maybe when you pick up one of the most representative CDs of a musical scene, if you really don’t like the genre at all, it would be wise to tread carefully or not engage at all...

Furthermore, Adriano, the cover you are referring to is that of their first album, and things are not exactly as you say... there is absolutely nothing controversial about Jews or anything like that; the original cover featured the band members naked from the waist up in close-up. This was enough to scandalize the public, and they were forced to modify the cover depending on the country of release... all of this in the dawn of the 21st century, in an era where pornography and vulgarity are everywhere.
Then, talking about comedic reviews, just to make a parallel comparison (even if absurd), let’s suppose that Rammstein are the Daft Punk, and that Mutter is to Homework what Reise Reise is to Discovery... would someone throw shade on Discovery just for fun?

It may be idolized less than Mutter, however in 90% of cases when discussing Rammstein, this album is mentioned alongside its predecessor... assuming that positive critical and retail reception does not convince anyone of the value of this album, I invite you to listen to it with an open mind; if you appreciate the genre, this is an album that you cannot fail to enjoy. In response to Adriano, even in the video for Mann Gegen Mann, there are men (with their butts hanging out, no less) rolling on the ground... would anyone dare to think they are Jews after catching a couple of words from the lyrics? A lot of people smarter and more cultured than us have already debated the alleged extremist sympathies of the group in question without getting anywhere, so continuing this sterile diatribe seems more than superfluous to me.

Adriano, the video for Mein Teil refers to the cannibal of Rothemburg, it has nothing to do with Nazism... allegations of sympathy for Nazifascism have followed Rammstein since their early albums (everything before Mutter, in short), but it's just hot air thrown by malicious tongues and taken at face value by critics across the ocean... in response, the band included the single Links 2,3,4 within Mutter, declaring their leftist stance... apart from the fear created by the industrial cadence that frightens children, there’s not much else; part of the criticism hates them, and since they are German, it's easy to label them as Nazis... aside from this, punny has messed up with his critique, this is a monument to industrial metal and certainly one of the most significant albums of recent years in the scene; if you don't understand it or you don't like the genre, that's one thing, but shoveling dirt on it for no reason brings you down quite a bit... and the fact that it is a cornerstone of the genre is not something I say, it's recognized by everyone, critics and the public... how much is punny’s opinion worth against the rest of the world?

You’re crazy, if you don’t like the unplugged version that's one thing, but songs like Disarm come to life in new forms on this album... of course, it doesn't match the original SD, but saying it’s terrible is a whole different story.

I appreciate and respect Fibra for his previous works, but this single is really trash... I'm afraid that leaving the underground hasn't done him good; I haven't heard the entire album yet.
