The fucking movies come in two types: there are those that are so bad they’re fun (e.g., those from Troma), and then there are those that are so bad they make you feel sad (e.g., those by Uwe Boll). Of course, I should watch it to classify it, but the truth is I’m convinced I can waste an hour and a half (or however long this crap lasts) of my life in a more productive way by staring at the white ceiling. I might always change my mind, who knows...
Oliver Stone Natural Born Killer

Nothing to say, but this film is the exact opposite of what you said: here the protagonists appear strong and they are, their conflict is not even a symbolic struggle, but almost a way of life, and the violence is legitimized by a phrase like "I'm a born killer." A bit too little to claim that the violence in this film is not vaguely self-serving. And that's why, in my opinion, this film has a lot of Tarantinoesque elements and very little of Stone.

But if he wrote the story, this film is a concentrate of violence with a slight splash of criticism towards the mass media. Weak as a critique from Stone, entirely within the grasp of someone like Tarantino. In fact, the core of the film is not the criticism, but rather violence as entertainment: a maxim very dear to Tarantino.

The film is written by Tarantino, the fact that it is directed by Stone is not particularly relevant given the content of the product. Nevertheless, it's an excellent film, though not for everyone.

@iside and all the other ignorant ones (in the sense that they are unaware): the film is based on a comic, the atmosphere of the film is not random.

pseudo-philosophical brick that snatches ideas here and there (especially from Ghost In The Shell). Nice but in small doses. The sequels lack the same depth, but they are great action films.

In my humble opinion, overrated. Anyway, not bad, but for me, it doesn't match Pulp Fiction.

excellent adaptation from the comic, in its genre, almost flawless. Good review

I don't want to throw my knowledge around, but just to clarify, the idea that people have of autistic individuals based on what they've picked up from the media, etc., is wrong. A true autistic person is one who does not develop the mind, does not reach sharing, and does not develop language. The autistic person as idealized by the media (like Rain Man, if you will) is someone who suffers from Asperger's syndrome, which is a variant of autism that is significantly less severe. Asperger's individuals develop intellect and language but still exhibit a severe impairment in social interaction, and their patterns of behavior, interests, and activities remain restricted and repetitive. The fact that they may not have much to think about compared to normal people allows them to focus on specific topics or algorithms. Some are capable of telling you what day of the week September 24, 1932, was without batting an eye. Okay, end of the lesson :D Hope you find it interesting!
