Lit Tripping The Light Fantastic

omg don’t rank Zebrahead alongside Lit... at least they knew how to play those 2 chords. Their first album is super cool and catchy, but I’m too old for this stuff now.
Tim Burton Batman

Burton's Batman was NOT a children's movie, and it didn't want to be one either. The target audience is explicitly aimed at teenagers and young adults, as well as comic book fans. Just the trailer was enough to terrify the little kids.

Tim Burton Batman
Voto:
The liberties taken by Burton are functional to the coherence of his project. And then Batman is a character handled and reshaped, depending on the author and the period, by Kane & Finger, Sprang, all those from the '50s and '60s, O'Neil up to the upheavals of the '70s and Miller's arrival. Batman Begins is faithful to Miller's "Year One," period. This is to say that there is no "true Batman," and those who complain about Burton's inventions are, in 90% of cases, people who have never opened a Batman comic. True, the first film essentially rests on the cast and clever direction. That doesn't prevent it from being 10 times more entertaining and fascinating than Nolan's film.

daft, your boundless arrogance is inversely proportional to your open-mindedness. But can you sleep without feeling like a hopeless fool?

Batman Returns is vaguely more hallucinatory, more gothic, and more stylish, but I don't see it as being much superior to the first Burton installment. The great actors are still there, but as it's said in the review, and as I add myself, no one has ever come close to Nicholson's perfection in portraying any "villain." The final showdown of the sequel is more successful, that's true; DeVito's exit is simply memorable.

Check with the DeSearch engine that the album you want to review isn't already in the magical DeDatabase. If it's already there, it's up to you to decide whether it's still worth writing a review: maybe yes (you have something else to say), but maybe not.
