Ah! humax4! Look, you can review Robert Johnston for me!!!! (1930) You should know it's a madonna of a record!!!! Ah! The Mississippi blues... the raw and rooted one... You can even review L'inno di Mameli (1860 and something) for me. What's the problem?

I didn't say that we shouldn't look back... no!!!! Perhaps it's just my hunger for music that makes me speak this way. Nothing more. But I repeat: it was just a simple thought, nothing more. I have hundreds of old albums, you can imagine. But I enjoy when I get the chance to discover new bands.

Look, a review of mine will be coming soon... and you can spew all over it as much as you like, in fact... I AM NOT LIKE YOU. I’m at peace with life, and if I adore an album, criticism enriches me but doesn’t shake me, I assure you. And it might be a "stupid little band" of today, as you say, but - damn - they're boys and girls like me and they make me feel good. If I write that review, it's also because I would love for someone else to discover something that would otherwise be lost in today’s sea of publications. But that’s just my idea, nothing more!! Want to write a review of a band from the 60s? Go ahead! What's the problem? Bye bye...

Are you out of your mind?! Why all these swear words?! You're not okay!!! If you get so worked up over such a simple thought, I can only imagine what happens in your life with serious matters!!! Seriously... I mean... I say "in my opinion..." and you tell me to get lost??? You must have a lot of contradictions in your life, I think!!!

"This site is freedom, and it 'bothers' when someone opposes." hEY! You have overrated my words... I just wanted to write what I thought, and if I'm not mistaken, you said it yourself: this site is "free," and that’s its beauty... free also because everyone speaks their mind, but no one opposes, I assure you! ;))

Anyway guys, it was just a thought... nothing more.. come on, it’s fine. There's no need to get heated over nothing!! Eh! Unfortunately, that's just how I am.. I love the idea of "always moving forward," of "looking ahead," which doesn’t mean not turning back, let’s be clear, quite the opposite.. but there are so many albums by unknown bands being released every day that one could fall in love with, and that we would never know about. That’s where this site (and a thousand others, and a thousand other different ways) can help. That’s all. "Whoever disagrees with me opens my mind" (Diderot).

I mean, I would rather have you give a good review of an album (that I don't know, or that I've never listened to) convincing me to buy it and waste my money (but TAKING A RISK) than telling me what we already know, a remnant of years and years of listening. I would have understood a rare bootleg, or a live album for fans, or anything not very well-known from U2. Maybe I'm saying something stupid... and if so, I'm sorry! :)

But wouldn't it be more appropriate to use this site to recommend, suggest, and highlight albums that we would otherwise never know about? In short, to provide food for thought to broaden our musical horizons, not to talk about worn-out and clichéd things. I mean: boy, everyone knows him; everyone knows what album it is; your review will be nice (without a doubt), but let's channel our passions into something constructive. Right?
