Ah! It’s not a tribute compilation! It’s a full-fledged album because all the music is composed by the same person (Grohl). It’s just that it’s sung by different people. Otherwise, even "Moon Safari" by Air would be a compilation, don’t you think? Do Unkle make compilations? And so on.

And who tells you that I don't like metal? If done well, I like every style. "Roots" by Sepultura is beautiful, I like it. "Kill 'em all" I like, it's a great album. I love Minor Threat. And a thousand other things, I just think this album isn’t a good album, that’s all. Trust me.

uhm... keep in mind that "songs for the deaf" was written by three people... the most beautiful songs (aside from "No one knows") are half by Lanegan and "Millionaire" is half by Olivieri. Of course, Homme's superior stature is undeniable, but every loss always weakens. So I feel sad :(
