How many more will be sacrificed for useless records like this?

Right now I'm listening to a gem called Salamander, the album is titled "Red Mantra," and it's simply the most exciting post-rock "thing" of recent years. The moral? The band self-produces, has their own (invisible) label, the singer even paints the (wonderful) cover, and on the back, it says: "sorry if the third track sometimes sounds bad, unfortunately the tapes were damaged, and there was no more money to continue the recordings." These things fill me with immense tenderness; I want to hug them, cuddle them, and let this album cuddle me for eternity. And believe me when I say that it's a beautiful thing. I discovered it only because it was on a stall in Camden Town at a bargain price, and you only find something like this in two or three places in the world. How many "Salamander" are there in the world? How many will continue to live their talent in darkness, due to the millions wasted by stupid record labels on has-been bands like U2 and R.E.M.?

"The thing that makes me angry (that is, what you blame me for) simply comes from the bitter realization that an album like this, made - I don’t know - by an emerging band, would have gone completely unnoticed, while, just because it has the U2 label, it receives your lavish praise, you, eternal worshipers of the God Bono. You see, guys, I listen to hundreds of new albums every year, I spend my days searching for little buried treasures, I don’t think there’s anything more beautiful than finding a hidden gem, an album that can change you for the better, something BEAUTIFUL. And you don’t know how difficult that is. There are hundreds of bands in the world that produce wonderful music, that have ideas, talent. But all of this will inevitably go to waste. And do you know why? Because there are bands like U2, who invent nothing, but whose damn record labels spend millions on promotion, squandering and wasting. Meanwhile, the wonderful ideas of those hundreds of bands will never see the light, and I’m bitter. And stop saying that this is a beautiful album! But what is a beautiful album for you? What should it contain? If this is it for you, then I could recommend thousands of albums like this, and you would like all of them. If you like this, then you like music made with little heart."
