But what principle? The record is an object that requires a technical medium, a turntable, a player, to produce sounds and a pair of ears capable of receiving them. A certain amount of attention and some faculty of discernment wouldn’t hurt. Everything else is irrelevant, and what has been read so far is even superfluous, when not ridiculous for the presumption of amateur sociology. Mc Sampyr, you know I’m rooting for you, I wish you all the best. But you said and did something foolish. 1 for you, 5 for a record that outlives its creators and especially its little fans. And for our chatter, including mine.

It's a pity that for this album, no review of equal merit can be found, without offense to the two who tried. You do it, gray, I've decided to dedicate myself to more lateral and lesser-known things....

And this record, to the good peace of my boots' snobs, is worth the highest score.

It's not your words, weak here, my dear, that captivate me, you know. But that look of yours. I willingly surrender, even before the contest begins.... To all our tomorrows, bastard.
Mauro Pagani 2004 Creuza De Ma

You know, Mc Sampyr, I understand you perfectly. I haven't listened to this album. I'm among those who bought Creuza the very day it hit the stores, loved it immediately, still adore it, recognize the fundamental contribution of pPagani, largely agree with Primiballi's opinions, and I don't doubt either the expertise or the honesty of Pagani. I don't even consider it too disgraceful that a good job can also have some financial return. But, although I've had the chance, I still haven't listened to this one. It's an inexplicable form of modesty that I will overcome to enjoy the surely precious musicality of the new arrangements. I like the mention of DeA's voice in the review. As I've written elsewhere, unique, growing with each album and wonderful in the latest ones. Yes, Primiballi, who?

No, when Songs In The Key Of Life came out, I was deep inside the "galaxy" of the movement: those fantastic years were horrible. I believe, therefore, that a decade divides us. I'm old, Pacino. Vermeer, moreover, I've admired and continue to admire only in reproduction. But it's like certain constant presences of things never seen. Nostalgia for the present, or something like that. Delft is my Mecca; I must go there at least once in my life. Bye.

But this form, paradoxically, makes in some way bearable an image that, otherwise, isolated and somehow wide-angled and expanded, did not allow for distraction to the gaze, rest to the stomach, air to the lungs. So let's let it sound, let it clash (sure that the horrendous dis/grace of those hefty blows will benefit from the braces), immediately abandoning a place that borders on the worst hells of any imagination. Adios, Il Chiavone. Whatever happens outside of here will still be a splendid evening.

And let me satisfy this curiosity, Pacino: you must have deduced, from S. Wonder's review, Socrates' age. You're a little younger than him, right? - Yes, something like that was in my wardrobe, but far from the refined and expensive cut of the clothes that old sword Lurie had with him that evening... Here, from the cave, at this moment, one admires a perfect light, coming through the open windows and settling on the objects like in a Vermeer painting, probably at the same hour...
