Hmmm, sometimes the old habit of the gray suit resurfaces... - Test(oster)1, how come you always sneak in some reference to the "review theft"? And come on, you know very well that you are the most skilled and flavorful tightrope walker of words and images, and the cleverest player in here, no matter what guise you present yourself in. What farewell, you simply have to enjoy yourself even more, preparing some other mechanisms for unexpected connections. That we dare to comment on, perhaps not always grasping its excellence, but appreciating it nonetheless.

...one of the most significant records in any collection for the multitude of perspectives it offers on the theme of singing. - (Why didn’t I know about it?) I trust blindly, and I thank Mr. Lato B. Also David Toop, a fine specimen of journalist.

Well, certainly inconclusive, dear Antoniodeste. It did not claim to be conclusive. I don’t understand the tone that drives your response, which is truly incomprehensible to me. I reread my post and it seems clear to me, not convoluted at all. Much less intellectualistic. I might be wrong, and your way of reading it has found something that I don’t see. To the point of generating a "response," which is indeed incomprehensible to me. Including the "psychological" twist about hiding from oneself... I don't know. Anyway, it’s not a problem, nothing to worry about. Patience. Bye.

Lukin, did you see? Someone did it. Regarding that nice forum, I believe my opinion is quite clear in the closing of today’s editorial. What do you think?

I got it as soon as it came out. I haven’t listened to it in... a year, two? It doesn’t seem off-balance to me, nor particularly unidentifiable. I’m not a great expert, I often like the "wrong" albums. But this one feels like it was born tired. I don’t know, I guess I’ll end up listening to it again.

Have you listened to it many times since then, Gab? I was kind of expecting another album too when it came out... Jah's outburst, which twists the matter to make it more intriguing, is quite close to what I remember from the first listens back then.

And speaking of worlds and futures and pasts: the charming Tuvan Mongols, in Italy to record their first album, were among the most exhausting sessions ever undertaken, absolutely and irreparably distant from the most basic rules of the recording studio, from our way of understanding performance and its reproduction... Of our country, they, who had never left Tuva, knew only one singer. Toto Cutugno... - I would love to read a page of yours on Huun Huur Tu, Renzo Pin.

Quick and tantalizing. - Another one just eavesdropped here and there, put on the list, who knows...

Three is the score for this album. Dear Jan, why don’t you tell us about the one for Axiom, where you didn’t miss out on any umbrellas and plastic ivy? I believe few know it around here…
