I've never seen this record. It's one of the few certainties I have. And it's strange, in 1978 I listened to all the Cramps releases... (all the ones you mention I've heard, some more, others less...). Music like that, or a germination of such, I believe is still being made, in Italy. But there's so much more stuff, way more stuff, and there's less attention, less curiosity, less time. And no, definitely there's not another Sassi.
