Auto!Automatic!! Another Round Won't Get Us Down

@Ghemison: I've only heard the remix of Oh Superman. What's the title of the album? - @Kosmogabri: I don't know if it's a return to the fold; I'd say it slipped out (like a flatulence?) and I don't know if it will happen again: it might depend on the "metabolism" :))

In DeBaser there is a review not only related to Fred but to the very same collection. And it’s a great review, which I invite you to read. - Under is entirely right in my opinion: Modugno is a turning point.

@Psycho: no bangs, but maybe the skinny pants... (and yes, nice and clean) - @Ghemison: then if you feel like it, let me know what you think of these guys.

And I agree with you about the Comets too...

It's a beautiful album that will surprise anyone familiar with his previous work. It seems he is trying to break out of a "dead end" of attitude and sound through a "purification" of tones and scenery. I believe he can reap excellent results from such an approach; lately, it seemed to me that he was repeating a formula. - 'Azzo: maybe she no longer needs you.... :)

Listen to yourself. I wasn't taking any risks for the bangs, but I think I have some skinny pants. I'll throw them away.

P.S. @josi_: matters of scale, indeed. Folgore and surprise(ina?)...

@S L B: great question, and honestly I don’t have an answer, as I thought was clear from the last lines. I don’t know if it will happen to me again, I’m not very keen on writing about records, and it really doesn’t seem important to me. The fact that some users have recently started churning out a wealth of pages is, however, a great thing for this site and seems to somewhat respond to the call, laden with civic sense, launched by someone and summed up in the motto: "enough crap."

Good morning, dear DePassanti. Thank you for the "welcome back", I'm a sentimental old fool and I get emotional easily. A kiss to one user and a few attempts at responses to others. @Colossale: Ooh, I suppose I should feel flattered and instead... thanks anyway and a greeting to the porters - @Aerosiphon: I listened to it again. I fear you expect things from these guys that they don't care about at all (the "settled and mature" - the one you call "compositionality" (?)) Personally, I think the absence of effects in that guitar is a great choice, just as I believe that those "out of time" moments are entirely unintentional :) In short, all the elements you find negative are among the peculiarities I enjoy. I agree about the road to take: it's the debut album after a mini. All the more reason to appreciate it. - @Horizons: we're talking about this and that, as usual. If you're really curious to know who the Battles are, take advantage of the countless opportunities the site offers you (maybe type in Battles and then click the little arrows in the top right) I actually don't mind that you didn't like it. And I don't mind that you didn’t understand what I meant by the ending. It happens. Take advantage of the link and form your personal idea of the album. And know that, as far as I’m concerned, "the previous period is - always - far from over" despite appearances, (a bit like the "phrases" that intersect in the tracks of this album). And the rule of the E after the full stop was one of the first ones I took pleasure in not adopting (when I find it appropriate and functional) already in elementary school, after having learned it. My teacher was a bit limited and rigid, but he capitulated before the end. And even today, for the effectiveness it seems to show in certain moments, I insist on the "error". I actually like it a lot. I wouldn’t abandon it even in front of a committee armed with Academics of the Crusca. In short, yes, dear, bear with my poor lexicon for what it is, 'because with good probability if you find errors I wanted them (keep pointing them out, though, it’s always useful) To your final question, you seem to answer for yourself (is it therefore rhetorical?) However, I do allow myself to correct the term you use: I only pointed out an album while I was listening to it. Review is a big word, this is just a post-it. Bai bai.

The antibodies. With Comets on Fire they failed (and now I have three of their records) let's see with these crazy ones.... - Psycho, what brilliant prose. Congratulations
