Psycho, you say you haven't listened to it again. Maybe try the new one, it's not bad. Tec and luc at De Posta.

I was convinced that I had deposited this a while ago in some digital corner, and instead I don't have it... now I’ll look for it.

But has this album been released? How come I can't find it anywhere online?

Reading the comment above reminded me that I also bought this book after reading the review, so I’m back to thank you for the recommendation. I had heard about it mooooolti years ago, then I completely forgot about it: the post rekindled my curiosity, and I discovered a little gem. Thanks!

I stopped at the last 7 pages... I want to read them at the right moment. I discovered a true writer, and I didn't expect that. A very personal style, in some ways not so different from my beloved Tommaso Landolfi. In short, I like it, as you might have guessed :) CiaU

Well, I saw them live, and what I remember the most is that I found them SYMPATHETIC. I think I wrote something on the page dedicated to a solo album (which I'm very fond of) by Hart... In your Lewis, I find a devotion that I don’t feel but they certainly deserve (despite Mould's subsequent disheartening solo trajectory, but that's really another story). Like Mould, I’ve never listened to this live album either. Almost... - You always write beautifully, you convey passion. CiaU

Yes, beautiful page. This book? Fante? Mhhh.... I believe it enjoys, here as elsewhere, a belated fame that far exceeds its merits. But it's not the only one, nor the most overrated. I read it many, many years ago, never picked it up again, although I understand well why it continues to exert its charm. For Sellerio, there was also a story released long ago titled "Una moglie per Dino Rossi": in those pages I encountered a less "conspicuous" Fante but one that I liked very much, surprising me. I dare to recommend it to the writer's admirers who are not familiar with it. - LAZY, did you then find Dissipatio H.G.? They recently reprinted it, it's a book (and an author) worth reading. Bai

Macaco, the answer to your question is: no. Also because it wouldn’t make sense to carry out a similar operation now, or at least it wouldn’t come close to the "innovative" value of the record you mentioned. Nonetheless, this is a nice album, one I promised myself I would listen to again but which I haven’t pulled out of the deep hold since then. I wasn’t aware of the conceptual approach behind the work, but, as Kyklos rightly points out, the musical result is excellent regardless. This nice page reminded me of that and keeps me informed. Thank you.
