Oh, yes, yes, Michelin, espresso, and all that. But tell me, Aristarco, where are you from? Here in our area, I can recommend the legendary Mulinazzo in Villafrati (Franco-Sicilian cuisine), a bit pricey, "Al Foghér" in Piazza Armerina (excellent, but it has become a bit too refined; I used to have an incredible beef tagliata there), the "Ristorantino" in Palermo, the legendary Katane of Carmelo Chiaramonte in Cacania, the Duomo in Ragusa (I haven't been there personally, but it seems there's an excellent selection of desserts), the Antica Filanda, but the one in Galati, not in Rocca di Caprileone: same management, but in Galati, there’s a much more family-oriented atmosphere. And those mushrooms.
