Voto:
Oh my God, if strangers are people like Michael Mantler and Steve Swallow… Nick Mason, as far as I know, is just a front man.

I'm listening to it: damn, it's so beautiful, an extremely pleasant listen. It’s been a while since I heard an album with such melody that captivated me right away, on the first listen. I hope it lasts. Highly recommended to anyone who loves pop, singer-songwriters, and lagnarock (little lagna and little rock) and ALL the bands you mentioned. I’ll add the Eels. Thank you so much.

But they're AC/DC, what do you expect? Comments on the introspection of the lyrics or a track-by-track description of the arrangements and time changes? AC/DC, you said it all. Not Zappa. You see it however you want, here we comment freely. Happy holidays.

A big "Boh." Compared to this, Free Jazz records are like melodies from Antoniano; it's crazier than when Sun Ra goes wild. The right definition, which I thought was an exaggeration, was given by Scare-uffi (malicious doubt: how would this record be considered without Pierone's praise?): "as musical as the recording of traffic echoes in a crack in the wall of a tunnel." Yet those few times I listened to it, I won’t deny that I found it quite interesting and compelling. However, I can't fully commit; it's too far out of any norm. Maybe I’ll revisit the rating. In ten years. Great review.

Someone who writes "diciamo Ke" (KE!) and then acts like a sommelier critiquing a nice review is unbearable to hear or read. Honestly. Send "K" to 4564784 if you want Po Po Po Po Po on your cell phone. Let's combat ignorance.
Francesco Guccini Guccini Live Collection
Voto:
In my opinion, Metropolis competes with Via Paolo Fabbri, Radici, Stanze, and Madame Bovary. There isn't a weak track on that album. A few chances for your sake, as long as you, Guccini, can still feel it (I haven’t been able to for quite a while now). But there are truly pieces that are unfairly forgotten and undervalued, beyond Bisanzio, Venezia, Bologna, and Lager, which are mentioned everywhere: Antenor is especially beautiful, and Poveri bimbi di Milano deserves a lot too. Oops, I mentioned the whole album...
