As usual: it’s just a provocation that serves as a suggestion: I know you can do better, come on! For Italian, I told you and I confirm it: go back to elementary school (grammar analysis, logic, adjectives, adverbs, punctuation, short essays, etc.), you need it... or should we send you back to preschool? (round dances, little games, nursery rhymes) Which would probably be more appropriate? I'm still waiting to hear what the hell you're accomplishing (accomplishing...?) in life, superman... or don’t you feel like responding beyond your preposterous excuses to dodge reality? As for support... it seems to me you’ve had experiences regarding it... unfortunately without results, as is evident. You’re too funny... indeed, you’re irresistible when you respond climbing on mirrors with those four words you can manage to string together... or sometimes forget, like in "menefregista" (...). I’m waiting for the next nonsense. I know you’re going to come up with something strong and can’t wait to hit me with your bullshit from an underdeveloped intellectual. You’re great. A great idiot. And you really make me laugh. Truly. Better than the funniest joke. I’ve advised my friends to read your nonsense rather than watch TV. To them, you seem comical (unintentional, of course). They still haven’t realized you’re a poor fool who doesn’t even notice. But if you do some auditions with this page as a script on some local TV, maybe they’ll hire you. And maybe you’ll discover you’re a real idiot or a real comedian or even both!! Come on, Squallor, after all, what the hell do you think you can do in life with that mouth that needs constant washing and a head as messed up as yours?? Seize the suggestion!!! At least give it a try! At most, the audience might shout: "Squallor, enough... you suck....", but you, convinced you’re the best in the world and from your pulpit, can tell them: "Shut up, you Stalinist communists who don’t even know what real comedy is!!!" and disdainfully leave while everyone laughs behind you...

Everything is quite amusing...; in the meantime, almost forty years after its birth, Sergeant Pepper is still listened to with considerable pleasure; everything else, including these lines, will, alas, fly away. (in the sky without diamonds).

It’s not a review but a “metamusical link.” I’m not a football fan, but I have to say it’s “spot on.” Vinsex, you have my support.
John Coltrane Giant Steps

A fundamental figure in modern jazz and an equally essential work. A focused and well-crafted review, perhaps a bit long, but necessary. @Symbad: I have a beautiful (and unique) memory of a version of "Giant Steps" played by a (former) big hope of black altoism: Kenny Garrett on "Pursuance: The Music of J. Coltrane" (1996). It's a bizarre version with no pauses between phrases and with peculiar intervals. There's also Metheny and Brian Blade. And then there's "Lonnie's Lament"....etc..

ah ah ah.... finally a real clown (sub-normal)! But are your posts directed at yourself? Do you write them and delight in being the recipient? Maybe the communists should send you back to school, you piece of ignorant! I would suggest they smack that brain the size of a nail. After all, as for concepts... where would you have expressed any if we exclude the mega-bullshit, the idiocies, the bragging which are the only things you manage to "express"? Poor thing, you were born an idiot, what can you do? Well, for example, you could, as I've already told you, go and break your balls, if you’re not already doing it, against a wall. Banging them well, you’d enjoy more than coming here and spilling your spoiled-brat bullshit. Instead of listening to Pink Floyd, which you can’t understand anyway, stick a finger up your ass, fool, and you’ll see that life will start to smile at you, "pretty intelligent" of my balls. Get out of my sight, you verminous being.

Thank you, Beatboy, now it's clearer to me. You know, Gaslini was one of our greatest jazz musicians in the 70s on an international level, and I didn't understand the connection with Simonetti's group. Thanks again for the clarification.

@Zurk : a: To better understand, you should read at least part of the altercation contained in the link suggested by JimMorrison. b: Take a look at the author's post regarding josi's request. c: I repeat that the judgment of the work and the work itself do not always have to coincide in quality. d: The controversies are not sought by "others": the quote should be read in the singular. In any case, let's try to wrap this up here, if possible. Regards.

I wouldn't have understood the connection between Giorgio Gaslini and his "legendary" Goblin (??!!).

@JimMorrison: I understand and appreciate what you wrote. You are completely free not to share either philosophy or position. Furthermore, I would prefer not to dwell on this page generated by a rather particular person. Is it possible to continue this topic elsewhere, if you want? I would prefer to talk about music, not about personal grudges, sensitivity, or a craving for attention. I reiterate that this work is of high value. If I didn't like the comment, it's a matter, in this case, concerning my perception of the thing and, consequently, I expressed it (like everyone else) with the "ratings" even if they were contrary to the judgment of the work. I believe I have this right. After all, Jim, if you were able to show the link that was requested, you know what I am talking about, right? Bye.
