I'm also waiting for your flowers of romance... anyway, the Residents albums that I adore the most are The Third Reich Rock'n'Roll, The Commercial Album, Meet The Residents, and of course, Eskimo!! Too bad I've always found Not Available, well, always not available..

Great heron! You got me... what's your favorite album by the 4 legendary ocular globes?
Sly and The Family Stone Life
Voto:
Sorry for the distraction about Sam Cooke! I rated this album 3/5 in comparison to the subsequent albums by Sly, which are something incredible. It's like saying With the Beatles deserves a 5, but compared to SGT Pepper, I should give it a 3 to illustrate how much growth there is in between. Anyway, feel free to correct me!
The Jam All Mod Cons
Voto:
What a highly praised choice to dive into the Jam!!! In my opinion, this is their first masterpiece, along with Settling Sons and Sound Affects. And I believe it’s right to refer to them as masterpieces because they had everything you could wish for from a small English trio of teenagers at that time: punk protest, catchiness, and killer chart singles, original melodies while simultaneously celebrating the great musical tradition of the UK, which was then just being mistreated by the Sex Pistols and the like... in their era and nation, and in the new musical wave born from punk, they were perhaps the only worthy rivals of the Clash. What do you think if I write a review on "Snap"? It's a best of, but too special... let me know.
The Kinks The Village Green Preservation Society
Voto:
Great choice, this is an unmissable album, perhaps vying with Arthur for the title of my favorite among The Kinks... and the review is excellent, thorough and heartfelt, as if for a moment I had thought with the eyes of a Ray Davies from 1967... do another one soon, I want to be amazed again.

Thank you for the suggestion! Unfortunately, it was all a bolt from the blue: I discovered this site, fell in love, and after a quick review of my MUSTs, I thought I'd talk about this great piece of work..only later did I see that Socrates had already taken care of it..but I won't fall into the same mistake again! Until next time, if you have patience, I promise to be less trivial.
