There are still miles to go, but it was a nice surprise. Is it an exaggeration to say that it has been a good twenty years since they made a truly decent album like this? All in all, if those twenty heavy years hadn’t passed and we were to compare U2 vs Simple Minds today, the gap wouldn’t be so unbridgeable (between this and How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb)... definitely less than the times of Achtung Baby vs Real Life... I’m betting on a comeback.

You have fully captured the power of this music. The only flaw is that on this site, you "have to" also talk about music, to give those who have never heard OVO the chance to be encouraged or discouraged from listening.
