"Sense of loneliness, despair, nihilism, alienation, dramatic visions, nocturnal, ethereal, wicked"... excuse me, but I’m just going to take a moment to touch my balls...

Beautiful page, it's a pleasure to read you again after some time.
Scott Weiland 12 Bar Blues
Voto:
Incredible that the Weiland on this album is the same one who later sang for those posers, Velvet Revolver.

"Why should Palin, Rice, and Thatcher be considered disgusting figures?" I mean, let's spare Rice and especially Thatcher, but Palin is truly unpresentable... do the Republicans in America really have nothing better?
Eels Hombre Lobo 12 Songs Of Desire
Voto:
listened to today for the first time. his music makes me feel sad but also less alone. Dylan's legacy is just a step away, but compared to Uncle Bob, Mark Everett is less mystical and more down-to-earth; one might say more "ordinary man," but that's not exactly the case... oh, almost forgot: beautiful review, added to the favorites.
Masonna Inner Mind Mystique
Voto:
I don't listen to noise in the strict sense of the term very much. I prefer those crazy minds of the Boredoms, even though when it comes to madness, Masonna doesn't hold back either.

You're right, Punny, that "of American indie rock" in the first line is a typo – damn Ctrl + c! I nominate myself! If only it could be erased...editorz? Macaco: Yo La Tengo has recorded some tracks with a disco vibe and even bossa nova, although these songs are exceptions in a band that, in its more powerful pieces, is basically a power trio. I obviously don't agree with Purpulan about his judgment on their latest albums – maybe Summer Sun is the least successful of the last ten years. But you know, de gustibus and so on. Thanks for stopping by to read.
