Welcome back, hermit. I was a bit surprised that you liked this album (since you thought White Chalk was crap). From what I've heard on YouTube, the music sticks to the style of White Chalk while not replicating its super minimal arrangements. I'm definitely getting the album; the single is awesome. But I think I would buy a record of just burps from Polly Jean, so take my comment for what it is.

a review worthy of this huge group. You’re right, in comparison to the rest of their discography, this is an album made up of episodes, where each track is disconnected from the others. I consider their second album to be one of the most extreme Italian records of the last decade, if only for the approach (an album without cover or notes, 81 untitled tracks). If they really wanted to push the boundaries, they should have made an album without music...
