bought it for less than 10 euros. great value for money, like almost all jazz records.
Calexico Feast Of Wire

what a beautiful album. bought it again yesterday, in a double CD edition (one with remixes and b sides).
Wugazi 13 Chambers

I'm not sure if the idea of the album is more foolish or cooler, but either way, thumbs up for me. Go Pretà, don't take yourself too seriously. Just do like McKaye MacKaye Mildly Endorses Minor Threat Hot Sauce: Gothamist
The Black Keys Rubber Factory

Lately I've been listening to this album. There are some nice tracks, maybe it's still too early to express an opinion, but the fact remains that Jon Spencer devours the Black Keys for breakfast.

The project has received the "blessing" from both the Wu Tang Clan and Fugazi. I listened to it and liked it; it seemed like a good idea especially for Fugazi, whose music seems to need initiatives like this to avoid being forgotten. As for the Wu Tang Clan, having never listened to their music, I won't comment.

Think about it: I found it today for 6 euros in a used CD store. For now, I'm re-voting the review; soon it will be the turn of the opera.

I'm listening to this record right now. Not exactly my cup of tea, though.

At this point, to achieve full scale, all you have to do is review an Oasis album, one of the Dream Theater, and one of the Iron Maiden.
