welcome to this cage of madmen. great choice for a first review, fundamental group, personally I prefer Repeater and Red Medicine.
Bruce Springsteen Born In The Usa

Rock in the early '80s was far from dying, especially in the US - Gun Club, Husker Dü, Sonic Youth, the early REM, just to name a few, were at the peak of their creativity - and when we talk about popularity, this seems to me one of the most misguided criteria for approaching this album (good but nothing more) from an artist who (to quote Bertoncelli from memory) started running the rock race when it had already ended. An overly celebratory review.
Blake Edwards Breakfast At Tiffany's

5 to Moonriver (one of the pieces that moves me the most) and to Audrey Hepburn for whom there are no suitable adjectives.
Elliott Smith Either/or

four to the record (rediscovered a few months ago) and to the reviewer (among the best in this cage of madmen)

Settlefish Plural Of The Choir

I've heard very good things about it from various sources - more references to Fugazi than At The Drive-In. If you drop some simple comparisons, I might get a clearer idea. Bye!

With the same certainty that Captain and Azzo deem this album not good, I agree with Nicola Drago's judgment: a splendid album, with episodes of uncommon intensity - I'm thinking of tracks like Silence, The Devil, or the title track just to name a few. But it is especially the way PJ has reinvented herself ( once again, it's worth noting) that surprised me the most. No controversy; after all, as Clint Eastwood once said, opinions are like balls: everyone has their own.
