From how you describe it, this album sounds very much like Famous Blue Raincoat, as Leonard Cohen would say. I’m not sure if I’ll manage to listen to it (or dig up the 16 Horsepower, they seem interesting!), during this time I’m trying not to get too depressed. Great tip and nice review.
