Anyway, especially with Family Guy, I can assure you it's worth watching in the original language...

All I know (something a dear Spanish friend pointed out to me) is that when we go abroad, what I say/we say is that we are Italian (unlike other peoples who refer to a city or region), and that if this people exists, it's only because your mothers from the south or the north have united with our fathers from the south or the north! Call it bastard pride, but it's that thing that allows me to appreciate my country from north to south, despite the differences.

s4: I know, I’m crazy about them too and I have all the box sets! I just took the film, watched it, it made me laugh like few things do, and I thought “cool”! I knew it was a collage of three episodes, but that didn’t affect me at all. There are simply historic gags (at least from my point of view): the one with Jesus alone is worth 10 and brilliantly takes down years and years of television comedy. :)
Regarding the seventh season, I must say that I agree with Kaczy; there are a few episodes that are a bit less successful, but overall it's of the highest level. Among other things, finally someone who points out that it’s not just about laughs (and here, sorry but we’re talking Griffin 10, Simpson 1, and I love the Simpsons, at least until season 12-13. But the point is, why distort them? To me, the answer seems obvious), it’s about communication, they are absolutely irreverent and far from superficial (but when have we seen such a well-crafted Jesus? Not to mention Bush, Clinton...). Definitely indebted to the Simpsons, even though they are very different, but the point is that the Griffins are funnier. In a thousand ways (nonsense, acid humor, irreverence, parodies of feel-good cartoons, parodies of movies). One last note: Seth MacFarlane is a voice actor from another planet, absolutely unreachable, just know what he does! And the Italian voice actors are amazing, without a doubt; in fact, the best thing is to watch it in both languages.

S4, at least give yourself the benefit of the doubt... as you can see, even those who aren’t huge fans found the movie entertaining (for goodness' sake, the one with the Simpsons is almost abominable...)! It's up to you, tastes are tastes, but I don’t know anyone who didn’t laugh at the singing Jesus or the little lesson on farts, or the sketch with Bugs, and countless other moments!
