Good job, Franci, you sing it too! :) Jokes aside, I believe the others simply meant that labeling the PJ as mediocre is a bit of an exaggerated judgment and very undeserved... In the end, they wrote Ten, Vs, No Code, Vitalogy, and Yield... and at least a couple of these are albums to be passed down to future generations... they may not have invented anything, but first of all, inventing is not necessarily synonymous with quality, and second, if we start looking at who invented something, we end up at Chuck Berry (at least in the realm of Rock)!
