Lukin, you are so cool that it's the dog who walks you to show you off to his four-legged friends! I haven't heard from Spacemen in ages...

Don, the ones from Cantrell are beautiful, the ones from Duvall will be used for ads for American-style breakfast cookies... :)

Yes, and by the way, for me "Come as You Are" is one of the most beautiful songs by Nirvana and definitely better than the one by KJ... Anyway, I don't understand this thing about Geffen: who would ever say no to a pile of money from a major label (because Geffen was a major label with big names not only in rock)??? Sure, they were a drug addict, unstable psychologically too, but stupid? No... If you're making music and producing albums, it's normal to want your music to reach as many people as possible; otherwise, you end up playing in a basement... And I repeat, talking about the intentions of a person destroyed by drugs and with serious personality issues seems at least risky...

I don't think it's a matter of battle...nevermind, it's not bad because it's polished, nevermind it's bad because the songs are rubbish (my opinion)...banal, boring, a bit calculated (I can't say if intentionally, just to be clear) just enough to win over teenagers around the world...the only one that stands out is Come as you are (and the riff isn't even his...unless by "luck" he got the same riff as the KJ)!! In Utero is a whole different thing (just like Bleach, for opposing reasons..) and I'm convinced (for reasons I won't go into now) that it would have continued to improve over the years.
Anyway, reasoning about the intentions of a drug addict who is also bipolar doesn't seem simple to me...most likely, he didn't even know what he wanted...
I really enjoyed the review, even though I don't completely agree with the content.

Alright, just because it’s you blech!!! :)...by the way, speaking of the Tool video...does he really have a thing for showing his butt to the audience?! I mean, if it were Terry doing it, I’d understand...but he makes me want to puke!!! He’s saved just by his voice!!!
