Heron, don't judge the Floyd by that SHIT of Live Pulse, watch Pompeii and then we'll talk again. In the Pompeii DVD, Roger Waters responds point by point to your assertions. Let's remember that when they were using machines, others weren't because... they didn't know how to do it. NOW it may seem easy to use the synth... it wasn't so normal before. We're talking about a long time ago, about people who recorded with a dog... now it might seem normal, but before it was INNOVATION. I didn't expect this kind of talk from you, considering you listen to the Duul; all the Kraut owes a lot to the Floyd, whether they like it or not, the Floyd paved the way for certain things :)

What a drag these "things were better before" talks are... back in 2004, a thousand amazing albums came out. Electric Wizard, Isis, Squarepusher, ClaypoolMantiaWarrelBucket, Converge... the live show of On Trial... Melvins... what do you want from life? 90 masterpieces a year? And from 2000 until now? How many ALBUMS have been released? MIIIIIIIIIIIIILLE. Come on, don't be one of those "things were better before" people, because I think that's complete bullshit. I would never live in the 70s, a couple of lies; in 2004 I have the 70s stuff and also the ones from 2004, in the 70s I had a measly 7 records, and seven thousand musical genres were missing. // It's a ridiculous cliché this "everything sucks now" line, because I see you give 5 stars to albums as soon as they come out, definitely you do. It’s not like the 70s were all gems, the ones that reached us are just the gems, there was crap back then too, it was just buried by time. Sometimes I hear some albums from my mom; they’re a million times worse than the current crap. Lunapop are the children of Mal & Caterina Caselli, Dj Francesco and the child of a Pooh, let’s not forget that. THIS ALBUM IS CRAP, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CRAP IN THE 70S, IN 2003 AND IN 2004, BECAUSE IT'S CRAP. AND THE FACT IT'S BY THE FLOYD MAKES IT EVEN WORSE, BECAUSE YOU WOULD NOT EXPECT THIS CRAP FROM THE FLOYD. It sucks from beginning to end; it’s a pitiful piece of crap. [All this with lots of emojis scattered here and there... :D ]

Consider it done, Hal. That way you can impress your friends by saying you also have the True Rap albums. This is truly RAP in the truest sense of the word :D

When you hear it (soon, it's the first one I played for you), you'll like the review more, as you'll understand its meaning. Especially that "No Place Like Home..." they repeat it just once or twice on the CD. But one or two... :D

Have you told me already? ...my confusion is getting worse... Mike Patton who? I feel like I've heard that name somewhere... maybe I have a CD of it.

Well, come on, even The Wall has that Psych touch, sure it won't be Meddle (still talking about the Waters Era), but there's a bit of it there. If you really mean "pure Psychedelia, period," then I agree with you, Airone, they abandoned it since Dark Side, or rather, even earlier than that, I'd say :).

Waters and Barrett were psychedelic, Gilmour is just a guitarist, but not a composer, far from it. Waters was not (I don't know now, maybe he has improved) a great bassist and he has always said that, but damn, if he is (was, is, will be) a composer.

Wow, so you have the collection Online! ... I didn’t know that, so I can just check and go easy knowing if it’s not there, you don’t have it? If that's the case, it’s super convenient. Especially because we have two very different collections (besides the unavoidable Massive, T00l...) that make it easy for me to supply you with new stuff for the bins.
