Well, for you I could make an exception and listen to it together... but are you sure we’ll be able to hear it well? The Hangnail are fronted by the singer, even though he logically sings little (otherwise it wouldn't be desert stoner, obviously :D). If you want instrumental stoner, then KARMA TO BURN. Only the first self-titled album features a singer; the subsequent ones are instrumental and have this kind of stoner sound. Out of the instrumental ones by KTB, I like the one with the guy on the horse carrying a big American flag... I'm sorry, but I can't remember the title :D

But GMOs are less drugged Moon... they’re not good :))) Besides the bullshit, they still have to pass the GMOs to me, but it’s just a matter of time (anyway, they do other stuff, they’re more rock than Psych, from what I hear :D). But I don’t think they’ll beat the Mammoths, they’re just too strong; I place them next to Electric Wizard, Goatsnake, and of course Sleep (bowing).

There are many seriously Stoner-Italian bands: Loro, El Thule, T.H.U.M.B., Black Hole Of Hulejra, Malasangre, SkyWise, Green Sasquatch, DoomRaiser, HellBastard... and Tettomani. If you search on Soulseek, you can find them all, and I've only listed the best ones (in my opinion).
