Companies in Emilia-Romagna will once again have the opportunity to apply for access to the resources of the multi-purpose revolving fund for facilitated finance, a subsidized credit instrument that is part of the economic growth and attractiveness opportunities initiated by the Por Fesr 2014-2020.
STARTER FUND: The Fund provides a total of 47 million euros in financing, of which 11 million euros are aimed at promoting the establishment of new businesses and supporting the growth of those with a maximum of 5 years of activity (Starter Fund).
BENEFICIARIES: Small businesses either individually or collectively, that have been established no earlier than 5 years before the application for financing.
ELIGIBLE INTERVENTIONS: interventions on instrumental properties: purchase, expansion, and/or renovation; purchase of machinery, equipment, hardware and software, and essential furnishings; acquisition of patents, licenses, trademarks, goodwill; expenses for participation in trade fairs and promotional activities; technical and/or specialist consulting; expenses for personnel dedicated to the project; materials and supplies; leasing expenses for premises used for activities; expenses for producing the technical documentation necessary for the application (for example, drafting a business plan).
FACILITATION: The Fund provides subsidized interest rate financing with mixed funding, of which 70% comes from the public resources of the Fund (Por Fesr 2014-2020) and the remaining 30% from resources provided by participating credit institutions.
THE FINANCING, in the form of an unsecured loan, can last between 36 and 96 months (including a maximum pre-amortization period of 12 months), and amounts range from a minimum of 20,000 euros to a maximum of 300,000 euros. 100% of the proposed project can be financed.
