Because, would you rather they pump the originals? Or Lady Gaga and the Vibrazioni? For me, it's nice to know that there's someone who notices the crap they pass off and makes fun of it. I repeat, you see it that way because you've never gotten into a car where a Metal Carter CD was playing, trust me, after an experience like that you see Baldazzi and imagine the faces of those listening to Carter, and you laugh.

Ah, even Aliosha I've never heard say Hip Hop, Rap yes, yet he was shoving the microphone up a lot of b-boys' asses back in the days of "sempre più vicino." And he talked about life, not metrics.

"<< for me a mentally challenged clown >> Of course he is. Who makes you laugh and who is behind him pumping him up on Rai. << What does Caparezza or Frankie Hi-Nrg do? >> I don’t listen to Miky Mix as a matter of principle. It’s not like someone grows their hair out, calls themselves Caparezza, and I forget I'm listening to Miky Mix, no. Miky Mix dies Miky Mix. Frankie NRG, I don’t know, it depends on the tracks, it depends on how you see it, it also depends on the fact that I don’t remember any of his songs except for Fight Da Faida, which I’ve known by heart since I was a kid. << I would say that it’s the rap that talks about itself to be HH... >> In America, yes, but in Italy it seems that everyone who waves the double h only talks about metrics, while those who talk about how they live rarely say hip hop, they say rap. Take NRG, or the Dogo Gang, Marracash, Narcos, Co'Sang, Aban, and the whole circle of ex-delinquents; they all say rap and never define themselves as b-boys. It’s not like there’s a rule in the constitution on how to distinguish between the two; I and the people I know distinguish in this way to understand each other."

"I like it when we talk about concepts." That's another thing, but rarely does the b-boy style mistaman or the ghetto wanna-be talk about concepts. I do a ratio of music produced/person producing it/concepts expressed. If the average of the three is good, I like it. If the average of the three is low on the music, I still respect the person. If the average is low because both the person and the concepts are crap, they could make the best rap in the world and I wouldn’t care. Always only and exclusively speaking about rap, a metalhead can talk about rocking chairs, I listen to the riffs.

<< But Caz, are you saying that those who say serious things in rap without posturing aren’t actually doing rap? >> No. It’s Hip Hop, that stuff they push as a culture that makes songs about making songs. In their tracks, they create metrics while talking about how they fit metrics, they rhyme about how they rhyme. Especially over sparse beats that are just there to give space to the "singer's" words. But if the singer's words only talk about how the singer should be... what are you listening to? What’s the point, that you know Italian? Make one track, don’t make records talking about the fact that you make records; after you turn 20, what are you saying... I mean?

<<I may be ignorant of his origins, so what?>> So what, you simply can’t understand his comedy. Try watching some American satirical shows and laugh 90% less because if you don't know the characters being mocked, you don't get the references. Let me give you an example you’ll understand: you go on YouTube and find this -> YouTube video non trovato CT3WqFnJwWE <- If you didn’t know Venditti, what would you say? That it’s funny? No, that he’s an idiot who thinks he’s a singer-songwriter. But instead, he’s a galactic cool guy because you know that idiot Venditti.

“Comical seems to me a word not exaggerated, rather...” Explain to me then how you can mock Metal Carter. If you mock someone who says things with the semblance of seriousness, you have a solid foundation to start from. But start from this -> <- The starting point is so low that you can only dig with your nails into the Earth's crust. If you don’t know why certain characters come into existence, don’t talk about them. Take a tour of Roman high schools; Carter is hailed. A former drug addict with mental delays. Realize that.

<< What happened to Mondo Marcio? >> Lately, I’ve been hearing quite a few rhymes about him; he’s frequently called an idiot from Milan to Rome. I think he may have tried too hard to be cool in some live performances, which is why he hasn’t earned the respect of the scene. Rap isn’t music; it’s Rap, so you’re not a “musician” who can talk about whatever you want, YOU MUST talk about yourself if you want to say I Do Rap. He was one of those I Do Rap Talk About My Life types, so either you’re real or you’re garbage. No Way. You could make the best Rap tracks in the world, but you’d still be nothing. Another example is this Mista Man; he’s a genius with rhymes, but he only talks about music and making music while making music, because he’s a Nerd who doesn’t drink, doesn’t smoke, doesn’t go out, doesn’t insult anyone. He’s amazing, he can fit seven thousand words in a minute but… damn, you can’t listen to a Nerd. In fact, he always gets mad when people talk about others who are far less skilled than him, but who have something to say. Listen to this, he’s an animal but… what is he talking about?
