This is perhaps the most beautiful album by Ferretti & co. Deep and moving in its blends.
Ferretti's musical journey is also my own, punk in the '80s, acoustic and in search of composite sounds in the '90s, and now refined, profound, and ethnic. "Litanie" is among the most beautiful and sought-after works that have come out in Italy in recent times, and it is light-years away from Emilia Paranoica, just as musically I am as well.

As one of the people I've always cared about says: "you don't come out alive from the Eighties!" Great record!

I always said that debaser is a hangout for junkies in withdrawal! I can't even imagine if instead of "the haunted house" I had tackled "2001: A Space Odyssey"... no way!

Your review is funny, and I especially appreciated all those lexical nuances that remind me of my presence at concerts between Marche and Romagna, dear me! As for the singing icon, I have, in addition to the essential Bauhaus albums (back then I was super dark), the latest or the one before that—I don’t even know—which was gifted to me, but I haven’t listened to it more than once, so I can’t even give half a judgment... but if I haven’t listened to it more than once, it must mean something, right?! Anyway... in Urbino, in Urbino!

You waste your money, and with this review, you’ve also wasted your (and our) time! Happy for you...

Damn, it’s already been 24 years since the day I bought this LP?! It should still be somewhere among my records, anyway it wasn’t that great even back then.
Nicola Arigliano Festival di Sanremo 2005

I saw Arigliano's performance at the Sanremo night, and although it wasn't legendary, I have to say it moved me. I'm blaspheming and going against the tide; despite having ā€œle nuvoleā€ and something else, I've never been able to make myself like De Andrè. I don't know, I've tried several times, but nothing.
Pat Metheny Secret Story

this is one of the most criticized works of the great Pat Met and conversely perhaps the one that I personally prefer.
It was criticized because conceived as a conceptual and ambitious project intending to unite an entire orchestra with musicians who find their peak in quintet performances, and like all works that arise from jazz or rock and want to express themselves through grand orchestrations, this one was also thoroughly slaughtered at the time.
The album is heartrending, deep, and inspired, and for me, it's full, but truly overflowing with memories.
It was '95 when for an entire year I did nothing but stare at the ceiling, listen to this album, and read books on Buddhism.
After a lifetime, I believe that this morning I'll take it in the car with me all day.
Very nice review, precise, timely, and engaged.

Oh, I really liked this album, except for a few points and the weak lyrics.

I clicked on "a random review" and this one came up, great choice I must say!
Now I’m in my "ethnic" phase, and this is an album I've noted down (an extemporaneous, ridiculous neologism!).
Dear Kurzolo, I must say with pleasure that you have fans (not unfortunately), the other day I went to a client: a dentist, male, from Padua, around 50, and as soon as I mentioned I knew you from "musical convergences," he went wild! At first, he was bragging that he listened to "battiti" on Radio3 while I was still buying CDs that were perhaps a bit watered down, but once I made the revelation, he changed his tune and considered me a big shot... but he can go screw himself (especially since he didn’t even buy me a book!)
PS: send me a list of interesting stuff that you think I might like, and then I’ll look for it myself, bye.
