Peter Gabriel Peter Gabriel IV
Voto:
Well, when you lived through the '80s and albums like this were released, it was always a strong emotion. Peter Gabriel has always embodied (like Bowie) the "pop" avant-garde, always at an experimental level and at the same time accessible to everyone. Who could we define like that today? Radiohead? Björk? hmm! ...

The review wouldn't be bad if you had edited it better (the capital letters? collation?).. great album, I agree, but above all, it's an ass-kicking sound.

:) He also had four children, two of whom (David and Mary Pastorius) play in a band, the Queen Mary. Has anyone heard anything about them?

I didn't make the accusation, but the anonymous user before my comment did; I just verified it, something that probably many have already done on their own. Next time, I'll just let it go (as I've done several times in the past), but I was just disappointed here, damn it, so I'm sorry Bath for putting you in an awkward position. In any case, if I have something to say, I say it while being authentic, dear a-no-ni-mo; I don't hide like you do. And if there's anyone here who's a disgusting filthy worm, that's you.

Anyway, with this album Pantera crush it, I agree…

Good job Ege, but a bit of patience, right? I saw your review a few days ago, and I promised myself to read it (and I’m doing it today). Sometimes, some users of this site do that, they wait for the right moment: honoring a review means reading it calmly and with focus, doesn't it sound better? Or do you prefer a superficial read with a hasty comment? Have faith! I also plan to read your Foxx review, so PATIENCE (time is a tyrant!). Anyway... what a little character you've pulled out here! Klaus Schulze, a cosmic navigator, perhaps one of the most pioneering. He coined the term "atmos" music, acoustic atmosphere music (like the sound of rain), but he is also a great pioneer of the '70s electronics (the first moogs, synthesizers, drum machines). He is one of the barbapapa of krautrock, alongside Tangerine. He also played drums in Ash Ra Tempel. Artists like JeanMichelJarre and Julian Cope (who are at opposite ends, but this only shows the great influence of the guy) have been inspired by Klaus Schulze's art! I know this because I know guys in their sixties who have a mystical reverence for Schulze! ... so, a type to rediscover Hal :)) Great review Ege, you are really good. (I too have been a record dealer... instead of one -permanent-, I would have had you buy two -closer and unknow- :D)
