I feel it standing out there at the opening of the album.... :)

And why don't I have it? They've already recommended it to me... I need to have it at this point, in the original, of course.

a bit long but really cool review.

"The first night of quiet," "Infinite possibilities," and "Up in the attic" are beautiful songs. I really like this album; maybe it's because right now I need calm and soothing harmony... I rate the record 3.5+.

Too ignorant to understand, but I appreciate it nonetheless.
John Lennon Acoustic 2004
Voto:
December 8, 25 years since John’s death... let the banquet doors open. Dear Yoko has organized a mega exhibition in Paris (at the Cité de la Musique) with all of Lennon’s memorabilia. There's even the white piano that you can play (I wonder if they’ve put a ticket machine to get in line), there’s a white bed where you can pretend to be Yoko and John in front of a screen playing videos of the two, and there are other similar amusements (oh yes, Punisher: "even the saint's pee is sacred..."). In the meantime, two books about him have been released, written by his two wives (or rather, by two ghostwriters). There's a movie in the works about Chapman, the assassin, with Jared Leto in the role, then a brand new documentary that will air on Sky (I believe) and other channels exactly on December 8 (super promoted program), then the compilation CD The Definitive John Lennon (but damn, how many of these are they making???), and soon a new DVD. In short, it’s an endless meal! The table is set, the corpse is still warm! ...... Meanwhile, Lenny Kravitz has bought all the rights to Jimi Hendrix (like, "how do I indulge myself"). Let’s expect big feasts from that side too! (I just wrote an article about this...). --- Punny, you really went all out here, huh? :))

Thank you, Andrea, the scene is clearer to me now! I know Pedro the Lion, Joan of Arc, now I'm more curious... :)

Very nice review, although the opening is a bit too aimed at insiders (I don't know who you're referring to...). I have the record here, someone lent it to me. I'll listen to it as soon as possible and will get back to you. And the phrase "la copertina di un cd è cosa importante, in tempi di file-sharing sfrenato come i nostri," well, how can one not agree?
