Let's not misunderstand! I'm not downplaying music, far from it!! ME of all people! It's a matter of feeling. Sensitivity. Insight. TOLERANCE. It's a perfect balance sometimes, often not, the majority are indifferent (and who cares who makes the sound like a madonna). Anyway, dear, you haven't fallen low for so little. I stand firm in my opinion: if you hadn’t mentioned Albini, it would have been BETTER (maybe a final phrase like, then Albini arrived but that's another story). Not to teach how to write reviews, but just to say that the majority of people read the first (first) paragraph and then move on to something else. That's how it is. Thank goodness some people read everything (including me). What you write at the beginning should say something, not meander. Ciaociao.

Certain empathies, or elective affinities as you may call them, certain connections, certain circles that revolve around those who handle sound (not play it), have been invaluable. Without Rancho de la Luna, for example, the world of rock would be somewhat orphaned! It would have been the same without Abbey Road Studios! etc. etc... rock would be different without Orange amps, etc. etc...
