It has nothing to do with it, but I've always found that "everyone was joking with me" from John Holmes really annoying, because "to joke" isn't a transitive verb, and it's something I hear way too often. They've probably normalized it. So annoying.

Basically, in Phoenix, you can't help but love those two beautiful mustaches, so that would be enough and more. However, the central theme of artificial intelligence cannot be directly linked to the great father Kubrick and the distorted feelings of Hal 9000 in "2001" or in the spiritual testament "A. I." inherited from a pretentious Spielberg. So Jonze is certainly not the initiator of the theme, even if the film is enjoyable. Ramazzotti should be shot, absolutely, but Johansson also gets on my nerves. And since I've come here to be a pain, I wanted a quote about the soundtrack curated by Arcade Fire: this makes me furious and bitter towards the reviewer. May you all go in peace.

Hahaha, great! Anyway, you changed the subject again.

The ox that calls the donkey horned! In any case, for educational reasons, I have been dealing with sinusoids, sampling, Nyquist theorems, and Fourier transforms since 2002. They were the subjects of my studies first, and then of my work. Is that enough? Damn, you're too demanding.

No. Not at all, but really, really, really. That way, you make me understand that you haven’t grasped it. For me, it has always been a diktat the perfect correspondence between intention and realization, hence the work behind a finished product may not interest me if the result doesn't convince me at all. This brings to mind a supermegapippone of mine that I believe you contributed to years ago in a review of the CCCP. I won’t be so rude as to dig it up for you, or I might be inappropriate. I can give you 10,000 examples of highly skilled authors when it comes to manipulating frequencies, but whose works I find utterly dull: Pan Sonic, Venetian Snares, the same Aphex Twin when he gets too self-indulgent. In all these cases, evaluations must be made for each specific work.

Yes, but I was responding to the joke about the sawtooth signal. And when it comes to sawtooth, sine waves, square waves, triangular waves, complex envelopes, I'm very well-prepared. It's my strong suit; I even choose it in Trivial Pursuit. I'm not prepared in American literature, especially contemporary literature; in fact, I wish someone would give me a solid hand because I often struggle to grab the last slice of the Trivial wheel.

You also forgot the tool for correcting grammatical errors: omniscience, blockhead (I always catch you)! Dude, you’re out: in previous discussions, you yourself have challenged my professional bias as an engineer, so just imagine how much I know about waves and signals.

But you know, Cappio, actually it's not that Schaeffer is saying something stupid, but rather the stupidity comes from those who generally assume the right to claim that a thought is universally valid just because Schaeffer said it. Because it’s impossible, even silly children understand this, for there to be a concept valid in every musical era, since the avant-garde of the twentieth century is not exactly the most authoritative musical movement to express the most reliable idea on the concept of music. Not at all. Any pre-twentieth century figure, any Romantic musician, any madrigalist, any troubadour would have formulated different concepts in different eras. The time we are living in, or Schaeffer’s era, is no more valid than others. Not at all. Therefore, his definition of music does not rise to a dogma any more than that formulated by the interpreters of "harmonies and notes at the conservatory." These discussions leave me quite amazed; I understand them well if said by those who are shocked by the "retrograde" attitudes of people like myself, who do not demand absolute conformity of thought on the subject. For the rest, no mas, since the discussion always proceeds without a minimum of cohesion (complete with "vile rejection" in an adelchian style), thus I leave it to Digitalica and Cappio the pleasure of continuing the discussion with Untilted, who, I repeat, aside from ideas, considerations, rants, various and sundry, is nonetheless - I mean no offense - a bit too serious. In my opinion, it’s the fault of the Autechre. Come on, go listen to Marc Almond and Wham! tonight when you get home and groove a bit without thinking about cutting yourself off with radio frequencies. There’s not even a need for Battisti’s guitars... and let me know. I think the world will open up for you like never before.

Oh, come on, you little fool, this is worse than me, be honest! Actually, I don't even know why I'm being stubborn, since in the end I don't even care about the Autechre issue. Let's pretend I didn't write comment 130. Damn, I've messed up: tomorrow I'll get hit with a suicide bullet that makes CAZ's speeches seem like the chants of Baba Yaga.
