As you can see, I agree. You see, the fact is that even with Panella, the good Lucio "was no longer making the music that people wanted" (sic! burp!), but I like that production, so I can't count myself among the disappointed. I count myself among those who have listened to all of Battisti and who recognize some missteps, while still appreciating his excellent intentions, as stated.

Hey, Bogus, I like this one from Walsh, just a little correction:
"I'm sorry that PEOPLE DIDN'T GET THIS, because they thought that from that moment on everyone thought Battisti had lost his mind, that he had gone to an inaccessible world, BECAUSE HE NO LONGER MADE THE MUSIC THAT PEOPLE ASKED FOR, but made the music that he wanted to make. Of all the albums by Battisti that I know, this is one of the most sincere, most real, the one that goes deepest into his soul, even if it’s GROSS." Perfect

Does it seduce you more? Well! Anyway, I was just giving ratings: 2 for this one, 3 for that one. Still true, what you say about the musical language of "E Già" is correct and I mentioned it in my review: warmed-up Kraft(werk) soup, while AENA is prophetic.

"And Già is a discouraging album, a dark page of Battisti's intimate works that we would have liked to hear in words more than in music (...) I want to remember everything about him, even the mistakes, the moments of music that are not exceptional like this one, the courage to dare (...) It is known, not always do the doughnuts come out with a hole (...) Yesterday I had a fabulous Pesto alla genovese, but this story that pesto is only good in Liguria...? Excellent even with Campanian basil" - Enea Luzzatto Fegiz

Well, sorry Zzzzz, but there's no nice sterile writing on the cover, one of those that you like? Uhm, so when you don't comment on the reviews, you don't really care for them... ;-/

Well, I don’t agree. For Battisti, it was incredibly easy to arrive at such a record, because as long as there was someone who knew how to write the lyrics, the songs had a certain quality; when that person left, then it became possible to indulge in the aforementioned essence, since otherwise, with their expressive means, it couldn't be done. Ahhh! Begone, malevolent Bogus, in your fago lie the most ignoble heresies of the capricious human judgment! To you, a thousand lashes that you will begin to administer to yourself today at intervals of one hour (let's say 10 at a time), along with a thousand mea culpa for having considered this prophetic record inferior to that naif little job worth four kopecks!
