Regarding the small oversight noted by Lucabbrasi: correct observation, but I allow myself to correct the correction itself: the experiments with CMI originated before this album, and even before "E Già," with Pappalardo's album "Immersione" ('82), coincidentally written by Adriano with the help of Battisti (who was already working on "E Già"), and arranged, listen listen, by the usual Greg Walsh, arranger of this and the other two albums in question.

Oh-oh, very good Voice, great choice. This is a quality record, an interesting document that will already provide significant insights regarding, as you've already mentioned, the linguistic and musical innovations of "Don Giovanni." However, I ask you: where has the novelty of word expressiveness influenced future generations? Who are you referring to? I still see the same old rubbish lacking expressiveness; after all, it's no coincidence that works like those of the latest Battisti have remained so mistreated and unknown.

Here we are. I take this opportunity to share my thoughts on a work I know (notably in a performance by a guru like Isaac Stern): I can't stand the violin. Maybe it’s the brainwashing I received as a child from those who wanted me to continue the family tradition, maybe it’s a skin idiosyncrasy of mine, whatever it is, I can hardly tolerate it. The less it appears in "solo" form (with some exceptions, personally represented by, for example, Massenet's Méditation), the better. And this work, obviously, often leaves a lot of space for the solo, especially in the aforementioned first movement, which I wouldn’t listen to even if I were paid. Elsewhere, especially in the third movement, the orchestra takes more precedence, leaving less room for the violin’s mewling. Ahò, I know you classic music lovers will hate me for this, but these are just my personal opinions, and of course, my judgment shouldn't take away from the absolute value of the work.
