Ajeje! Redskin? They are the Native Americans, what Redskin and Redskin! Go tell them that and they'll burn your house down! It's a bit like telling a Laotian that they're Vietnamese! Nice record, flashy, but enjoyable. If you go read it, you’ll understand my very modest point of view.

Even the first commandment, I would say. Ah, and I would say: Scaruffi is on point this time. Of course, when I talk about Scaruffi, I’m also talking about you, ajejaccio, but this time, what to say...? Noise, certainly, is not this album.

Exactly, that’s it! The tenth commandment! Rereading it hurts me too much!

Babbio aside, new-age seems offensive to me given the connotation the term has today. I won't hide the fact that I listen to some new-age (I even reviewed "Sacred Spirit"), but considering the trivialization of the term that occurred especially in the '80s (this is the decade of new-age, and we can label everything before it the same way, but in hindsight, I would say), I wouldn’t feel comfortable throwing this album into that horrendous melting pot, which has far more refined ambitions. And with the '80s new-age, the one in its entirety, it doesn't relate to us one bit.

Exceptional work by PV, presumably the pinnacle of their "mystical rock" during a time when electronic music was going crazy with Neu!, Kraftwerk, Can, Faust, Schulze, Czukay, and the fine company of Kraut-Rock, the acoustic side of early '70s German rock. A milestone. The review is a lovely personal account, very much appreciated. It's a shame about that "new age" among the genres.
