I prefer Marcovaldo a 1000 times. Anyway, you don’t convince me; you quoted this beautiful phrase by Calvino, which is, however, a reflection of the narrator. Palomar thinks little. "Vivendo di questi tempi"? Uhm, that’s also your opinion: I found Marcovaldo much more relatable due to his life constrained by the poverty of a large family and a dingy two-room apartment. I’m not saying I live in a two-room apartment with kids in tow, but I certainly saw that situation as more plausible, more tangible. Living in these times, I prefer Marcovaldo 1000 times. :)

This one had slipped my mind, very well done. It is redundant, Grass, but I think there's little to be done about the "inspiration": I believe Orff has more or less captured the medieval atmosphere of it all (it doesn’t seem like a twentieth-century work), so if there’s a problem, it’s upstream. Or were you thinking of a different realization? I mention, in addition to "O Fortuna," "Tempus est iocundum," "Floret Silva," and "Estuans Interius." Here and there, there are indeed bits that may seem filler.

Good job, in my case too, it gradually became more familiar. The interpretations by Fraser and Jay are the best; in my opinion, they have always delivered the best results when they addressed female special guests.

Those from the episode "Funghi in città" or comediavolosichiamava... poor things, they all end up in the hospital. The seimpols are cute, I must say!

Does Palomar fit well into the melting pot? I don't know, electrigabbox, for me he has too "passive" a gaze towards reality. I can't imagine him looking up at the sky and convincing himself of something. I remember this guy while he was watching the sword created by the solar reflections on the sea horizon: he was so anonymous and a victim of what was happening that I never let myself get involved with him. Maybe only once, when he was looking at the belly of a small gecko from behind a window. I would have imagined seeing Marcovaldo, with that melancholy and unintentionally poetic gaze, capable of being revitalized by a couple of little mushrooms in the city flower beds or a plate of brains traded for a ration of sausage. Should we trust? Now I’ll listen to the samples :)
