aniel really great review but I haven't listened to the album because it costs 20¤... instead I listened to The Sound of Perseverance and I must say I liked it a lot. wrecked cars poisoned, set yourself on fire, choked, drowned, thrown from a cliff, stabbed, ripped out your heart and then commit suicide.

I would love to see them play together with Morbid Angel; I bet Trey would be scared shitless as soon as he sees the great Brad. Jokes aside, Pastorius is way better than Phoenix, and I bet Dave Lombardo, Pete Sandoval, and Mike Portnoy won't be able to do what Rob does now even in two hundred years. Damn, the intro of "Faint" is tough; it's probably some kind of odd time like 5/4 with two syncopations in half the bar. Surely the whole song has fusion and psychedelic influences, given all the cross-rhythms and time changes, right, Kova?
