When you're done with Bob Dylan, there's always Frank Zappa...
Bob Dylan Blood On The Tracks

Highly rated album even if I share Grass's opinion. The subsequent Desire seems better to me.

There weren't many reviews of Dylan on Debaser. The good Michele Mari is filling this gap in no time. However, you got ahead of him on this album, which I personally don’t know. I'll add it to my shopping list even though I'm not crazy about Bob.

Discussing Bob Dylan is almost heresy. And if he hasn’t been (and isn’t) the greatest of all time, it’s pretty close. Who can boast a string of albums of such high quality for about forty years of activity? I dare say, Neil Young (though it’s been over ten years since he’s made a decent record), Lou Reed (qualitatively inferior), Bruce Springsteen (but he has a shorter career). I can’t think of anyone else. Well, I might seem like a die-hard Bob fan, but I’m just a simple admirer. In short, I respect him but do not worship him. I listen to him, but in the long run, he tires me out. What can you do...
Eels Daisies Of The Galaxy

Album that I liked when I bought it. Lately, it has lost a bit of its charm. For me, the masterpiece of the Eels remains the memorable debut. "Electro shock blues" also enjoys quite a bit of esteem, a record that is indeed quite claustrophobic, personal, and dark. Nevertheless, Mr. E is a songwriter with uncommon qualities.

Wandering around reading reviews, I stumbled upon this one about Enya. And I remembered that I have this album too. And as a true music lover, I went to listen to it again. Wow, it's beautiful! I remembered it completely differently. A dream, a fairy tale, a journey through the mists of Ireland. Back when I bought this vinyl, I was into a completely different kind of music, and maybe that's why I didn't give it the attention it deserved. I'm sure there are many other records I have that are in need of a good dusting off.
Dire Straits On Every Street

Although it's not a terrible album, it's considered by many to be their worst work. And I think that's the truth. Not surprisingly, after this recording, everyone went their separate ways. I've never been a huge fan of the DS.
Van Der Graaf Generator The Least We Can Do Is Wave To Each Other

While it's true that Pawn Hearts remains unsurpassed, not only for VDGG themselves but also for the vast majority of prog bands of the era, this is an album of overflowing talent that makes it a cornerstone of their discography alongside Pawn Hearts and the subsequent H To He. Those that will come after will be other VDGG. A special note for Peter Hammill's voice, without exaggeration one of the most chameleonic and extraordinary ever heard in the realm of rock. At the time, VDGG were quite snubbed and pointed out as a deleterious example of rock music. Rightfully, time has reevaluated them.

So much enthusiasm for E.L.O.? I've never heard this album. I've only heard a few scattered songs from them, and unfortunately, I don't resonate with your emphatic tones. If you're interested, Mucchio Extra a couple of years ago made a ranking of the 100 rock albums to avoid. Well, this E.L.O. album (yes, this one) was on that list and placed quite well. Regardless, though, of all this talk, I don't like Jeff Lynne, not here and not in any of the other projects you've mentioned.
Angelo Branduardi Gulliver, la luna e altri disegni

Well done, Grass, great album. I don't think I'll buy any more Branduardi, but this is a worthy album.
