The first King Ink album I bought (past tense obligatory). Nick Cave has always intrigued me, even if I don't find the absolute masterpiece among all his records; many good, very good albums, but I've never heard the epoch-making one. Lately, he seems a bit in a creative crisis. There should be more artists like him, though.

I was wondering why Socrates hadn't reached out about Aztec Camera yet. It's our territory, even if I have to admit that I've never been too keen on AC. To be honest, I only have Dreamland, which, while not a bad album, has never motivated me to buy the others. I listened to "Love" at a friend's place, but it didn't strike me as anything special. Eighteen years have passed, and it's possible I could be mistaken. I really don't know this one. I can't manage to buy (and listen to) everything.

I had this album on cassette and it was simply titled "Roma Capoccia." Then it got ruined and I haven't heard it since. I liked it, but I wasn't crazy about it. Great review, although you could have trimmed it a bit.

From the Gospel according to Scaruffi, it is the rock work (or call it whatever you want) par excellence. The non plus ultra. I’ve come across it a thousand times but I’ve never had the courage to buy it. Reading above, I’m not the only one who thinks this way. Nice review.

Grass, I also have this album, on vinyl. If I had to tell you that I remember it, I would be lying. It probably didn't impress me. What did impress me (and still does) is the horrible cover. It looks like an album by James Last or Stephen Schlacks. The eighties really had a terrible sense of style.
