Okay, I understand that I might be the only one disappointed and perhaps one of the few who really liked "phanerotyme" and "it's a love cult." What I liked about them was precisely their lack of a "pre-cooked sound." Maybe it's not even the fault of this BH/BC; maybe I've changed and my perception of music has changed with me, goodbye m'psycho.

Great review of a fantastic album that I also didn’t have the patience to wait for, but I will buy it as soon as it hits the stores.

Well, I think that s.g. deserved a few more words (and better spent) than just the simple plot of the concept. I belong to the melody nelson party, but this album is also a great way to approach his art.

useless album (the live show at the Taormina amphitheater is much better than this piece of crap imposed by the record label and MTV), Cammela is by no means the best Italian singer, but she manages to write some very inspired lyrics and the arrangements of her albums always have something innovative and unique ("l'eccezione" features a manic attention to sound), of course, here in my (and her) city, no one can refrain from giving a blunt judgment on her, I prefer not to praise her, but quietly, I listen to her as if she were an outsider in my CD collection, a couple of times a year at most and only if I'm in the right mood, and I manage to appreciate her for what she is.

At the moment, Spirits is my favorite, but the album as a whole holds up, which is a wonder; such a great psy review.

Blonde Redhead Fake Can Be Just As Good

"There’s 'Elephant Woman' which I can already hear being presented by Pippo Baudo at Sanremo." Sure, maybe between Gigi D'Alessio and Gino Latilla, but are you sure you listened to the right album? °_° Anyway... the review is on fake can be just as good, nothing to say except that it’s a magnificent, magnifiable, and grandiloquent album... I just keep preferring 'la mia vita violenta' from the 'brh early period', but these definitions 'early period'/'late period' are such a drag... I regret having mentioned it; if you listen closely, the flow towards the sounds of 'misery' has been gradual and constant over the years, and who knows what the future holds for us.

A great review of an album I got as soon as it was released, and I'm still struggling to take it off the player. The best release of 2004 (imho).

One of those groups I can't quite approach because they intimidate me; almost all of my favorite bands cite them as an influence and inspiration for their sound, and what if I didn't like them? No... I can't take that risk.
(But you know you were almost convincing me, kgb?)
