little ad space. but are you one of them? Killgod, how can you like this little disc? I mean, it’s nice, but not a 5. And then it's terribly anachronistic, it sounds exactly like the Cure or the Teardrop Explodes five decades ago.

vomit. What the hell is this mega blowjob to Gabriel? Look, he's never going to read this review anyway; you’re not doing him any favors by writing so many flattering remarks. And then, for fuck's sake, the track-by-tracks: horrendous, you call that reviewing? Please... Moreover, it’s also redundant; you know I have nothing against redundancies (on the contrary...) unfortunately, your review (is it even a review? nah...) doesn’t add anything new or useful. And by the way, I don't even like Genesis.

Are you talking to me?! And above all, cite me where I praised By The Way? I said that in that album Frusciante has some strikingly pop intuitions, nothing more. Original A crow...? Tell me where? Some tracks are nice and maybe well-executed, but where's the originality in that mix of RHCP, Pearl Jam, and other mainstream pop-rock? Technique hasn't been a virtue since '77, but even the Red Hot Chili Peppers are great musicians.

yeah yeah... Feel A crow... and Californication, then tell me which of the two is soft? okay, Californication is a Rick Rubin album and not a RHCP one, but still, the other one devours it for breakfast. By The Way is soft? Yeah, sure, but if Frusciante's pop insights were in Incubus... A comparison that doesn't hold: RHCP are the (the Rolling Stones of the post-hardcore/grunge era, without becoming dull and sad like the real stones), while Incubus are sometimes good. Stop.

The beauty of the RHCP is that they always seem enthusiastic about what they do; they always seem to have fun. Damn, I used to love them. Now they still come off as too likable, and there are certain things from the past that are absolutely essential for anyone.

well... the review doesn’t intrigue me. they really don't seem like they could appeal to me... I don't always tolerate indie-pop.
