Camel Moonmadness
Voto:
I completely disagree with you on Another Night, which is one of the best tracks in Camel's discography... and also on Air Born. For this reason, I give it a nice 2/5, otherwise it would have been 4/5, because the review itself is nice.
Michael Haneke Funny Games
Voto:
It’s not a review; it’s basically a recounting of the film.
A film that is in some ways original and unsettling, even though certain deliberate exaggerations from the director made me raise an eyebrow.
Peter Jackson King Kong
Voto:
Nice movie, but it gets boring after a while, although Jackson's work is commendable.
Quentin Tarantino Kill Bill (Vol. 1 e 2)
Voto:
Well, what can I say, there are too many prejudices about this film. Tarantino tries to mix a billion quotes in a big pot, and his skill lies in managing to cook up a good broth; nothing exceptional, but it's still a good broth. It's a film that wavers between Pulp and ramblings, but the direction, overall, is very good, and the acting is more than good. It doesn't deserve all these negative ratings; there are far worse films out there.
David Lynch Eraserhead
Voto:
The review itself isn't bad, even though it's too "descriptive" and polished to be a review of Eraserhead. I couldn't do any better, mind you, but a review this "descriptive" doesn't convey the impact Lynch's disturbing work can have on the viewer. Perhaps his best and most impactful film, one of the most unsettling and perverse films in the history of cinema.
Brian De Palma Scarface

Great review ;) The film has a unique tackiness from an aesthetic point of view, but embodies a moral that at first glance seems trivial, yet it is not. Power is examined from all perspectives, from its birth to its death, without room for misunderstandings, with the utmost transparency. Cult scenes galore, an exceptional cast, and Al Pacino in one of his best performances (if not THE best)... and now I'm curious to see Hawks' original work!
Steven Soderbergh Ocean's Eleven
Voto:
The movie is not the best, the plot is damn predictable and obvious, the characters are perfect in everything they do and say... however, it's a brilliant film, with good ideas, and despite the fact that the star-studded cast is highly overrated (in fact, I slightly appreciated the performance of the supporting actors more), Andy Garcia reigns over all, truly a great actor. The movie is enjoyable nonetheless.
Ivan Reitman Ghostbusters - Acchiappafantasmi
Voto:
A lighthearted film, but entertaining, enjoyable, featuring a delightful Bill Murray and an impeccable Sigourney Weaver, as always. The rest of the cast also performs excellently, even if the plot, in summary, feels slightly predictable, but for a movie of this kind, that's just fine. Unfortunately, the sequel does not live up to the original.
Steven Spielberg Indiana Jones e il Regno Del Teschio di Cristallo
Voto:
Great review, it perfectly conveys what this movie represents both to Indy fans and to those who have followed it sporadically (like myself).
What can I say, I knew that Indiana Jones was an old-school adventure film, not an action movie with silly aliens and ridiculous rescues. I give it two points instead of one just for the special effects.

I apologize, but I can't find the words to describe how some people manage to stand out among the youth in such a redundant and clear way.
But they can burn.
